I got these from my friend. I think I should share with you guys because seems like even a small things we do, may cause harm to our body. Take note !
1 - DON'T SLEEP WITH WATCH
Watches can emit a certain level of radioactivity. Though small, but if you wear your watch to bed for a long time, it might have adverse effects on your health.
2 - DON'T SLEEP WITH BRA
Scientists in America have discovered those that wear bras for more than 12 hours have a higher risk of getting breast cancer. So go to bed without it.
3 - DON'T SLEEP WITH PHONE
Putting the phone beside your bed or anywhere near you is not encouraged. Though some of us will use phones as alarm clocks, but please put the phone as far as possible. Scientists have proved that electrical items including mobile phone and television sets emit magnetic waves when used. These waves can cause disruptions to our nervous system. Therefore if you need to put your mo! bile phone near you, switch it off first.
4 - DON'T SLEEP WITH MAKE UP
People who sleep with make up might have skin problems in the long run. Sleeping with make up will cause the skin to have difficulty in breathing and problem in perspiring. You will also need a much longer time to go into deep sleep.
Lastly.....
5 - DON'T SLEEP WITH OTHERS' WIFE / HUSBAND
You may never wake up again. : )

ReplyDeleteJust to add some point so that people will not scared with term radioactive.
Radioactivity in our daily life not only from watch, it is naturally exist on earth. For example, our wall which made from limestone which contain Radon that is harmful when we inhale, can cause cancer. That is why old people open the window in the morning, to release the gas from house.Hence, still our bed next to the wall. and we still sleep there everyday.
Besides that, our body also emit certain level of radioactive because of what we eat. For example, banana contain Pottasium which is radioactive, but we eat pisang goreng, kerepek pisang a lot already.So, I don't think watch can be such harmful to our body.
Radioactive also good because it will make sure the our blood not coagulate in the body (Correct me if I'm wrong). So, I think it also bring good to human at certain dose, just like panadol la, makan dose yang ditetapkan sahaja, kalau lebih, memudaratkan.
I only give 3 examples, which we can go find other info related to radioactive materials in google.
Exaggerating effect of radioactive without the full info might cause people who not being educate jumping around spread the info wrongly. It is hard to correct the damage. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteSalam ...dnt panic everyone reg the radioactive thingy...apa2 pun in moderation...tapi yg penting tips no 5...yg paling sukar nak di correct , wpun mcm lawak mengusik, benda2 ni lah yg lazim berlaku jika tak berhati2 atau tak ikut landasan ugama...kudos doc fatin!
