betul!! tapi sunlight dlm pukul 8-10 pg barulah considered as vitamin D. bukannya yang terpacak ats kepala ngn nak dkat maghrib nuu.

selain mathari pagi elok kalau halakan belakang kita ke cahaya tersebut spy vitamin D dpt meresap terus ke tulang belakang..

Setuju.. Tp, dr skrg suka prescribe t. Calcitriol(vit d supp) byk2 utk pt, pdahal kat mlaysia ni dah kuar matahari..
Advice je pt utk berjemur sket.. Jgn biasakn pt mkn ubat..

PTH also help in activation of vitamin d hence increase absorbtion of calcium at intestine and increase reabsorbtion of ca from being urinated.
